OVERVIEW
Campaign Manager provides a full suite of software tools that allow you to perform analytics, segmentation and campaign execution across millions of prospects and customers. It allows you to deliver coordinated campaigns to ensure your customers receive appropriate and relevant messages.
Campaign Manager consists of the following applications: Insights, Segments, Campaigns, Campaign Calendar Campaign Dashboards, Campaign Manager (Customer Analytics, Campaign Tools, and Predictive Analytics) and Creative Builder.
Insights - INSIGHT View and INSIGHT Builder
New for Campaign Manager 6.2 the Insights application provides Alterian Marketers with an introduction to building out powerful Insight and Data Visualization functionality. Initial release contains Venn Diagram builder allowing creation of Venn Diagram and Venn Grid visualizations using existing segments from the Segments application or creating new within the already familiar Segments user interface embedded in the Venn Builder. Venn intersections can be simply saved as new segments to provide actionable analytics in seconds. Insights are managed and accessed using the Insight View screen with a document explorer view and searchable content
Segments - Segment View and Segment Builder
Segment Builder allows Alterian Marketers to create, execute and save segments using a guided user experience with unprecedented speed of access to data. The Marketer has access to all the latest data via a new record viewer, giving them the ability to optimize segments with detailed logic with the option to save and deploy across all campaigns as standard or Master Segments. Segments are managed and accessed using the Segment View screen with a document explorer view and searchable content.
Campaigns - Campaign View and Campaign Designer
Campaign Designer allows Alterian Marketers to design, build and execute campaigns with a guided user experience, resulting in higher productivity for users and better understanding of campaign flow. Marketers can create campaigns to deliver personalized communications and emails to individual schedules using timers, events and triggers as part of the campaign flow. Campaigns are managed and accessed using the Campaign View screen with a document explorer view and searchable content.
Campaign Activity Monitor
The Campaign Activity Monitor allows you to view real-time activity of recent, current and near-future email deployments originating from Campaign Manager and Email Manager.
Campaign Dashboards
Dashboards provide the ability to monitor your email campaigns and their results by using powerful campaign and date filtering. These dashboards are available for both Campaign Manager users and Email Manager users.
Campaign Calendar
Campaign Calendar shows a weekly view (based on numeric weekly values) of your most recent 50 active campaigns based on a default filter of owner (for the logged on user) and a default Name sort. It can be used to drill down to the information behind the figures, by using touches, filters and searches, and allows users to see how a campaign audience is performing on a track by track basis on a given day.
Creative Builder
If you have an Email Manager account, you can use Creative Builder to set up your creatives and their elements.
Campaign Manager
This application provides the power user with three main areas of functionality giving access powerful analytics and campaign tools to meet the needs of the Alterian Marketer.
Customer Analytics
Customer Analytics is an intuitive, train of thought analytics tool, designed for anyone to use. It provides information and customer insights in easy to use charts, graphs and reports. Powerful data analysis and visualization tools provide customer insight from the web based interface, allowing you to engage more effectively with customers and improve results.
Campaign Tools
You can use tools to perform specific functions throughout Campaign Manager. For example, some tools perform specific actions, and some tools create new documents, which can then host other tools. The functionality of all available tools is described in their relevant section: Customer Analytics, Campaign Manager and Predictive Analytics.
Predictive Analytics
Customer insights drive relevant communication: every customer interaction generates data. Data which helps to understand a customer as an individual and reveal clues about how best to engage them. Clues which can be fed into our campaign management software to deliver relevant, timely and engaging marketing communications.
